Swimmers is an alcohol-free beer from Rügener Insel-Brauerei, brewed on the German island of Rügen. This amber-coloured beer blends barley, wheat and rye malt with a subtle spice blend. Fermentation is open and uses hand-harvested yeast, followed by natural carbonation through bottle ageing.

The aroma reveals honey, caramel and citrus notes with light stone fruit character. On the palate, a refreshing, lightly sweet taste develops with distinct spice tones. The finish is spicy and sharp, with a short and somewhat watery aftertaste.
