Quadriga is a Bière Brut from Rügener Insel-Brauerei, a craft brewery founded in 2015 on the island of Rügen in northern Germany, dedicated to unconventional specialty beers. Brewed with barley malt, wheat malt and dextrose, this 10.5% ABV beer undergoes bottle conditioning and continues to mature after packaging. The result is a pale, slightly hazy beer with wine-like characteristics and subtle acidity. The brewery's commitment to natural production—open fermentation, hand-harvested yeasts, and no filters—shapes the beer's character.

Quadriga earned the World Beer Award for 'World's Best Brut Beer' in 2018. The palate balances light tartness with sweet notes, supported by restrained bitterness (15 IBU) and a gently tart finish.
