Insel Pilsner
Insel Pilsner from Rügener Insel-Brauerei is a German pilsner brewed on the island of Rügen in northern Germany. Founded in 2015, this brewery combines traditional craftsmanship with careful ingredient selection, drawing on more than 30 varieties each of malt and hops.
This pilsner employs two traditional brewing methods: wet hopping and bottle conditioning. Wet hopping captures the vibrant, juicy character of freshly harvested hop cones, while bottle conditioning adds complexity and depth. At 5.6% ABV, it delivers a refreshing, well-balanced profile.
