Schoemrakker Halmblond is a blonde ale brewed by Bierbrouwerij Schoemrakker in West-Terschelling using local Terschellinger dune water, barley malt, wheat malt, hops and yeast. This is a smooth, approachable blonde with refined hop character and a firm head. The golden colour and top fermentation give this ale its characteristically fresh and fruity profile. At 5% alcohol, it is an easy-drinking beer suited to many occasions.
