At 7.5% ABV, this witbier punches above the traditional style, delivering a fuller body and more assertive flavour profile than its lighter cousins. The beer pours pale with a striking dark brown foam head. The nose reveals classic wheat beer character with fruity and spiced notes. On the palate, sweetness and earthy undertones emerge, balanced by a light peppery bite and subtle citrus hop bitterness that carries into the finish. A versatile beer that works equally well as a standalone sipper or alongside lighter dishes. Best served around 8°C.
