À propos
The Bierbrouwerij at the Nederlands Openluchtmuseum brews traditional beer using 18th-century methods. This witbier is a top-fermented, unfiltered beer that reflects the brewing heritage of Brabant and Limburg, where nearly every village once had its own brewery. The brewery itself dates from 1750 and was relocated to the museum in Arnhem in 1943. The original brewhouse De Roskam from Ulvenhout served as inspiration for the current operation. At 5% ABV, this witbier follows the tradition of village breweries that produced everyday drinking beer. You can taste this seasonal beer in the tasting room and learn more about this distinctive craft from the brewer.
