Schönramer Saphir Bock is a Maibock from Bavaria, brewed by Private Landbrauerei Schönram in Petting. The brewery traces its roots back over 230 years of brewing tradition. This Saphir Bock is crafted with 100% Pilsner malt and features the rare Saphir hop from the Hallertau region, grown by only one farmer. A full-bodied and aromatic beer at 8% ABV. The nose delivers hop aromatics with citrus and tropical fruit character. On the palate, sweet notes of toffee and candy emerge, balanced by a light bitterness and dried fruit undertones. A refined finish with a dry, clean aftertaste.
