The beer opens with peach, citrus and hop aromatics on the nose, then reveals itself as a smooth, balanced IPA with gentle tartness and a creamy character. The brewery builds this beer on pale ale, Munich and Pilsner malts, finishing with dry-hopped Chinook, Simcoe and Mosaic. The result is a malty sweetness underpinned by medium body—a contemporary American take that steps away from the floral and earthy hop profiles of earlier styles.
