Sombrero is an Imperial Porter from Põhjala, the pioneering Estonian brewery based in Tallinn. This robust 11.5% ABV beer is aged in mezcal barrels and brewed with Belizean chocolate and flamed orange zest. The result is a complex, intense pour with a jet-black appearance and brown head.

Sweet candied orange zest leads the aroma, followed by warming rye spice and hints of cacao. On the palate, chocolate takes centre stage, enriched by mezcal barrel maturation and complemented by rich sweet malt, dark fruit, and woody notes. The mouthfeel is full and creamy, with a pleasant warming finish befitting the alcohol strength.
