Moonraker 5 is a DDH IPA from Põhjala, the Estonian brewery known for reimagining classic beer styles with distinctive character. Brewed with barley and wheat, this beer features dual dry-hops of Galaxy and Azacca in multiple forms. The result is a juicy, fruity IPA with tropical and citrus aromatics, layered with subtle floral and grassy undertones. On the palate, it's refreshingly dry with a full, creamy mouthfeel. Biscuit and cookie-like malt notes provide body and sweetness, while hop bitterness is present but restrained.
