This tropical blonde ale pairs mosaic hops with a generous dose of tamarind, built on a corn-forward malt base. The result is a crisp, spirited beer with a subtle bitterness in the finish. The tamarind adds a distinctive tartness that keeps the beer refreshing and easy to drink.
