This is an approachable, drinkable pale ale that serves as the foundation for the brewery's experimental SMASH rotation series. Poesiat & Kater employs a distinctive brewing approach: fermentation runs 6–14 days, followed by dry hopping and occasional additions of herbs or fruit.
