Peroni Gran Riserva Rossa is an amber lager brewed in Rome by Birra Peroni since 2006. This beer draws on Italian brewing heritage and delivers a full, malty character. It is crafted with carefully selected ingredients, including 100% Italian amber malt, which gives it a warm, full-bodied structure. The flavour balances malt and hop in a pleasant equilibrium. The aroma presents caramel and malt notes, followed by a moderate bitterness that never dominates. This is an approachable yet complex beer, well-suited to cured meats, cheese and pizza.
