Odd 13's Noob is a Hazy Pale Ale from Lafayette, Colorado, brewed with heavy dry hopping of Mosaic and El Dorado hops. These varieties deliver intense citrus and tropical aromatics, with hints of blueberry and orange candy. Restrained bitterness lets the juicy hop character take centre stage. The grist combines barley, flaked barley and oats to build a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Noob was one of Odd 13's first test batches at their production facility in January 2016, used to calibrate their brewing systems. This beer captures the playful, boundary-pushing ethos that put Odd 13 on Colorado's craft beer map.
