Muifel Broeder Everardus
Broeder Everardus is a golden tripel from Muifelbrouwerij in Oss, named after a Franciscan friar who lived in prayer and contemplation at the monastery in Megen until his death in 1950. This unfiltered beer is brewed with only water, malt, hops and yeast – no spices added.
The aroma is fresh and bright, with citrus notes. On the palate, soft malt character meets mild hop bitterness in a well-balanced interplay, while the beer maintains a silky yet robust character. The finish brings forward a dry, gentle hop bite that lingers cleanly.
At 9% alcohol, this is a straightforward tripel distinguished by its classical approach and commitment to natural ingredients.
