Muifel Barley Wine is the first barley wine from Muifelbrouwerij, a craft brewery based in Oss, North Brabant. This dark, full-bodied beer at 12% ABV has been matured in Bourbon casks and brewed with Amarillo and Colombus hops.

The beer opens with aromas of honey, caramel and red fruit, supported by a rich, malty foundation. On the palate, sweetness dominates with notes of caramelised malt and raisins, balanced by a gentle bitterness in the finish.

This is a contemplative beer, best enjoyed slowly at around 12°C.
