Mort Subite Witte Lambic is a young, spontaneously fermented lambic from Brouwerij Mort Subite, part of the Alken-Maes group. This light, fresh and fruity beer showcases a pronounced banana character with subtle spice hints reminiscent of a Saison. The palate is juicy and approachable, marked by delicate sourness and a clean finish. Spontaneous fermentation using natural airborne microorganisms gives this lambic its distinctive farmhouse character. At 5.5% ABV, it's an elegant and easy-drinking beer that stands out for its light body and refined, subtle complexity.
