Little Victories from Mondo Brewing Company is a Session IPA that delivers full hop character at just 4.3% ABV. This London brewery, founded in 2015, brews with American aroma hops: Cascade for bittering, then Amarillo, Mosaic and Simcoe in the whirlpool and dry hop. The result is an extra pale beer with bright, fruity aromatics and a light, clean bitterness. Pale malt forms the base, with Carapils and wheat malts adding subtle body. Fermented with house West Coast ale yeast, Little Victories delivers notes of citrus, grapefruit and tropical fruit. Soft carbonation keeps it refreshing and approachable—a beer that proves session strength doesn't mean compromise on hop flavour.
