Big Worster is an American Barleywine from Mikkeller, the Copenhagen-based gypsy brewery collective that has pushed boundaries since its 2006 founding. Brewed with champagne yeast, this ambitious beer reaches 15.4% ABV.

The nose leads with rich malt character, revealing bread and grain notes layered beneath prominent alcohol warmth. On the palate, caramel and malt take centre stage, balanced by assertive hop bitterness and hints of citrus and spice. The finish is dry and bitter, with a lingering bite.
