Mike Hess Brewing's Solis Dynamic IPA is a San Diego-style American IPA that lives up to its name. Rather than a fixed formula, each batch is brewed fresh from the ground up, allowing the brewers to refine the balance of malts and hops with every release. Citrus and grapefruit notes emerge naturally from the carefully selected hop bill, while the malt stays restrained to let the hop character shine.
