Magic Rock Brewing of Huddersfield collaborated with Vietnamese brewery Heart of Darkness on Saigon Fog, a hazy Session IPA named after the infamous haze that blankets the city of Saigon. The beer uses London Fog yeast for balance and juiciness throughout.

Citra, Mosaic, Ekuanot and Sabro hops drive the flavour profile, complemented by added lychee—a Vietnamese staple that brings delicate sweetness and subtle floral notes. The result is a well-rounded beer with complex yet soft citrus character and tropical fruit undertones.

At 4.8% ABV, Saigon Fog is designed to be sessionable without compromise. Soft citrus and tropical notes make it incredibly approachable, inviting you back for another glass.
