Val-Dieu Fruitée is a fruit beer from Brasserie de l'Abbaye du Val-Dieu in Aubel, brewed to a full 8% ABV. This beer weaves together the vibrant freshness of sour cherries with the subtle bitterness of a traditional abbey ale, creating a balanced interplay between fruit and brew character. The beer presents a red colour beneath a dense, creamy pink head. The nose reveals aromas of red fruits, strawberries and raspberries. On the palate, these fruit notes shine through, while the finish turns dry and refreshing. A beer that honours Val-Dieu's brewing heritage, where monks and brewers have crafted beer since 1216.
