Senjor Senjorito is a Tripel New England IPA from Lobik Brewery, an independent Slovenian craft brewery founded in 2016 in northeastern Slovenia. This golden-yellow beer marries the strength and complexity of a tripel with the modern, fruit-forward character of a New England-style IPA. The nose carries hints of caramel, sweet fruit and elderflower. On the palate, tropical and citrus notes emerge, balanced by gentle bitterness. At 9% ABV, the beer offers full body and warming finish. Senjor Senjorito pairs well with rich dishes: fatty fish, veal and young, peppery cheeses.
