La Redoutable IPA is brewed by Brasserie La Binchoise in Belgium as an unfiltered beer with bottle conditioning. The recipe combines a single base malt with three Belgian hops—Golding, Hallertau, and Magnum for bittering—followed by dry-hopping for added complexity. The beer pours hazy amber-blonde with a creamy off-white head. On the nose, herbal and spicy touches blend with citrus and earthy undertones. The palate delivers a delicate yet persistent bitterness balanced by fresh hop character, finishing dry and crisp.
