De Vuurtoren is a blonde ale from Bierbrouwerij Klinkert in Blokzijl, named after C. Klinkert, the brewery's namesake and the lighthouse keeper who officially opened the brewery at age 94 in 2008. This is a crisp, lively blonde with a characteristically spirited finish. The beer displays citrus notes and subtle caramel undertones throughout its profile. At 6.5% ABV, it strikes a good balance between flavour and drinkability, making it an ideal aperitif or pairing for light dishes.
