Keiler Helles is a traditional German lager from Lohr am Main, brewed with just three ingredients: water, barley malt and hops. This pale golden beer presents a full white head and fine carbonation, with a crystal-clear appearance. The flavour is remarkably mild and clean, with subtle bread-like malt character balanced by restrained spicy hop notes. The finish is dry and well-composed, without heaviness. This is an approachable, refreshing lager that pairs well with traditional Bavarian fare. Keiler Bier operates from the Keiler Brauhaus, housed in a charming half-timbered building in the scenic Main valley town. The beer earned a Silver Award at the World Beer Awards 2024.
