Kaapse Noor is an English Brown Ale from Kaapse Brouwers in Rotterdam, brewed with chocolate and caramel malts. This reddish-brown beer was created in collaboration with Austmann brewery and delivers a pleasant balance of sweet malt character and yeast notes. At 4.5% ABV, it is an approachable dark beer with a pleasant fizz.

Kaapse Brouwers has been brewing since 2014 from their location in the Fenix Food Factory on Katendrecht in Rotterdam. The brewery is known for bold recipes and flavour experiments, often incorporating local and seasonal ingredients.
