Kaapse Jordy is a strong saison from Kaapse Brouwers in Rotterdam, brewed in collaboration with Jordy bakery to mark the brewery's fourth anniversary. This blonde ale at 8.5% ABV features a full malt body paired with the characteristic spice of Belgian yeast.

Fermented on white wine barrels (Pinot Grigio) and hopped with five different varieties, Jordy balances vinous complexity with saison's peppery character. The barrel fermentation introduces subtle fruit and floral notes, while the diverse hop selection adds depth to a beer that rewards both immediate enjoyment and contemplation.
