Kaapse Armand is an India Pale Lager brewed by Kaapse Brouwers in Rotterdam, a collaboration with Van Moll. This IPL takes the IPA approach but uses lager yeast instead of ale yeast, creating a crisp, clean beer with distinctive mandarin notes.

Clementines and three hop varieties—Idaho 7, Pacific Sunrise and Saphir—shape the beer's orange hue and fruity, floral profile. At 5.5% ABV, Armand bridges the gap between lager precision and IPA adventure, offering a refreshing take on the hybrid style that rewards chilling and careful pouring.
