IV:UUR Kloksgeweiss is a Weizen brewed by Bierbrouwerij IV:UUR in Vriezenveen, Overijssel. Founded in 2018 by a group of friends passionate about beer, the brewery embraces the philosophy 'vier uur is bier uur' (four o'clock is beer o'clock). This Hefeweizen delivers a fresh, fruity character with the classic wheat beer profile. The beer balances wheat malt and yeast-driven notes, finishing cleanly at 5.8% ABV. Perfect as an aperitif or alongside lighter fare such as salads, poultry and white fish. Best served chilled at 4–6°C.
