Huttenkloas Dubbel van Kloas is a Belgian-style dubbel from Albergen, brewed by Huttenkloas brewery. The brewery takes its name from Klaas Annink, a medieval Twente highwayman, and has been crafting specialty beers with passion for over two decades. This dubbel is brewed using a special blend of roasted malts and Spalter Select aroma hops. The result is a dark reddish-brown beer topped with a stable, light brown head. The aroma displays robust roasted malt character with notes of chocolate and coffee, while the palate is full and malty with pleasing balance. At 7.5% ABV, this is a characterful beer that pairs well with rich dishes and aged cheeses.
