Húsavík Öl Skogur is an IPA from the craft brewery of the same name in North Iceland. Since 2018, brewmaster Steini has operated this beloved microbrewery from a converted dairy factory in Húsavík, crafting seasonal beers with character. This IPA opens with citrus and floral hop aromatics, develops into an assertive, resinous palate with tropical notes, and finishes with a clean, dry bitterness. A straightforward expression of the style.
