Marckensteijn Nr. 01 Blond is a traditionally brewed blonde ale from Zeeuws Vlaanderen with 6.5% ABV. The beer emerged from an inventive brewing approach in which a single 2000-litre batch of base beer was split into five distinct fruity variations.

The aroma is fresh and lightly tart. On the palate, restrained fruit character mingles with a subtle hop bitterness that sits comfortably in the background. The beer appears nearly clear golden yellow with a firm white head.

This is a blonde that stands out for its balanced structure and traditional brewing method, without unnecessary flourishes.
