Hertog Jan Vatgerijpt Rhum Agricole is a barrel-aged strong ale brewed by Arcense Stoombierbouwerij, where their Grand Prestige base matures in French oak rum casks. At 13% ABV, this deep reddish-brown beer delivers a full, warming character with notes of honey, cane sugar and dried fruit.

Maturation in these distinctive barrels brings refinement to an otherwise robust spirit-forward profile. Caramel and vanilla emerge gently alongside the fruit, creating layers of flavour wrapped in a smooth, rounded mouthfeel.
