Wieckse Witte was a witbier produced by Heineken Nederland from 1988 until its discontinuation in September 2021. This 5% ABV white beer blended wheat and barley with spices and herbs, following the classic Belgian witbier tradition. The beer offered citrus-forward hop aromas alongside yeasty characteristics, with fruity and spicy notes woven throughout. On the palate, gentle sweetness dominated with virtually no bitterness, supported by a light to medium body and moderate carbonation for a refreshing finish. Though straightforward and approachable, Wieckse Witte maintained a loyal following across the Netherlands for over three decades before Heineken retired the brand.
