Ichnusa Non Filtrata is an unfiltered Kellerbier from Heineken Italia, brewed in Assemini on Sardinia since 2017. This golden lager with natural haze delivers a crisp, lightly malty character with subtle bitterness in the finish. Honey and malt notes blend with hints of yellow fruit and a soft, spiced aftertaste. At 5% ABV, it's an approachable beer that pairs well with Italian fare and outdoor dining. The Non Filtrata variant retains the natural yeast and unfiltered character typical of Zwickel-style beers. Brewed with 100% barley malt and Sardinian spring water, it offers a rounded, balanced flavour without artificial processing.
