Brewed with smoked malt, Munich malt, and caramel and chocolate malts, this 6.5% ale captures that historic character in modern form. Smoke is present but measured on the palate, supported by mild, bready malt that avoids excessive sweetness. Pine, hazelnut and juniper emerge alongside a gentle, balancing bitterness. The finish is clean and dry, with an earthy, rustic quality that reflects the farmhouse roots of Norwegian brewing tradition.
