Grolsch Dunkel Weizenbock is a dark and robust wheat beer brewed by Dutch brewery Grolsch since 2020. Made with four malt varieties and over 50% wheat malt, it combines the fresh character of a traditional Weizen with the depth of a Bock.

The beer pours amber to light ruby with a well-formed head. Fresh Weizen aromas lead the nose, complemented by caramel and roasted notes. On the palate, malt and toffee take centre stage, joined by fruity esters that evoke ripe grape and cherry cola. The finish is dry and balanced, with gentle bitterness and a clean fade.

Light-bodied with pleasant carbonation and a soft texture, this is a characterful beer that leans slightly towards Bock rather than pure Weizen, making it both refined and satisfying.
