Green Gold Cashmere is a NEIPA from Slovenian brewery Green Gold Brewing, located in the Savinja Valley where founder Luka Rojnik developed his hop expertise. This unfiltered and unpasteurised beer blends homegrown Styrian Wolf hops with American Mosaic varieties, delivering a hazy golden ale brimming with tropical and citrus fruit character. The nose offers vibrant, floral notes with fresh fruit appeal. On the palate, summer and tropical fruit flavours emerge alongside a well-defined hoppy presence and balanced bitterness. At 6% ABV, Cashmere strikes an approachable middle ground—refreshing enough for casual drinking yet complex enough to reward hop enthusiasts.
