Force Majeure Tripel Hop is Belgium's first alcohol-free tripel, created by Force Majeure brewery in 2019 by triathlete Stijn Panis. This beer demonstrates that full flavour without alcohol is achievable. It presents in a dark golden hue with an attractive head. The nose reveals honey, sherry, caramel and plum, complemented by banana candy and strawberry gum notes. The palate displays the characteristic sweetness of a tripel with a noticeable yet balanced hop presence. Fresh citrus and floral elements provide brightness, while spicy yeast character shines through. The finish is clean and dry, with lingering herbal hop notes and subtle spice. This beer earned silver at the World Beer Awards 2024.
