Fokkmeister Tripel 40 is the flagship beer from Fokkmeister Brother Beer, a brewery in Vriezenveen founded by brothers Wim and René Fokke in 2021. What started as a hobby—brewing five litres of beer in a pan on the stovetop—has grown into a commercial operation. This robust Belgian-style tripel displays an amber colour with a soft mouthfeel and gentle bitterness. Sweet aromas with hints of tartness define the nose, while the 8.3% ABV provides warming alcohol notes. A beer that honours its home-brewed origins while standing as a confident expression of the brothers' brewing vision.
