Never Eat The Yellow Snow is a winter ale from The Flying Dutchman Nomad Brewing Company, the nomadic brewing venture of Ronald de Waal. This spiced yet approachable beer blends American hop varieties Centennial, Citra and Simcoe into a refreshing whole with distinctive orange peel character. The aroma reveals citrus peel, apricot and warm spice notes including clove. On the palate, sweetish stone fruit flavours of plum and apricot mingle with bittersweet orange peel and a subtle grainy edge. The finish is dry and clean, allowing the hop character to linger without heaviness.
