Fischer Blonde is a golden lager from the historic Brasserie Fischer, founded in Strasbourg in 1821. This classic Alsatian beer blends traditional Germanic brewing methods with French craftsmanship. Brewed with local barley malts and Alsatian hops using bottom fermentation, it delivers a clean and refreshing character. The beer displays a golden hue with aromas of sweet malt, bread and subtle caramel notes. The palate features prominent cereal and malt flavours balanced by light hop bitterness and hints of caramel. The finish is dry and crisp, best enjoyed chilled between 7 and 9°C.
