Baxbier Tropical is a New England IPA from Groningen that showcases tropical fruit at its core. Brewed with a soft malt base and a hop blend of Citra, Mosaic and Hallertau Blanc, it delivers aromas and flavours of mango, pineapple and citrus. At 5.6% ABV, it's a fresh and approachable beer that leans more towards IPA character than traditional Pale Ale. The palate balances tropical hop fruitiness with a pleasant bitterness. Baxbier, founded in 2014 by two friends in Groningen, is known for its "seriously playful" approach – a blend of serious brewing craft and experimental spirit.
