Tripel
Dutch Bargain Tripel is an unconventional take on the classic Belgian tripel style. The brewery trio—Marc Menue, Stijn Jordans and Thibo Baccarne—added Amarillo hops to this traditional brew, creating a blond, fruity expression. At 8.5% ABV and touched with coriander, it honours the character of Belgian brewing heritage.
The aroma showcases tropical notes from the Amarillo hop alongside the natural fruity character of a well-fermented tripel. On the palate, fresh and fruity flavours emerge with a light tartness. The finish is dry with subtle bitterness and a slight astringent quality that lingers.
