Moinette Blond is a robust blonde ale from Brasserie Dupont, one of Europe's last working farmhouse breweries. Created in 1955, this beer undergoes double fermentation followed by warm conditioning at 23°C for six to eight weeks. The result is a complex strong blonde combining a full malt body with five different hop varieties. The nose reveals refined citrus and spice aromas, particularly orange and clove. On the palate, the malty character blends with characteristic hop bitterness and fruity notes. Versatile and well-crafted, Moinette Blond works equally well as a standalone experience or paired with food. Serve at 9°C to best appreciate its character.
