Brasserie Dupont has brewed continuously on its Walloon farmstead since 1844, maintaining traditional methods across generations. Biolégère is a pale blonde saison made with certified organic barley malt and hops, top-fermented and bottle-conditioned in the classic farmhouse tradition. The beer pours bright and golden. On the nose, white flowers, grapefruit and clove spice define the character.
