DrinkDrink! is a Brussels-based brewery uniting two passions: organic beer and bike culture. BMX IPA is their certified organic India Pale Ale, built on barley and rye malts with Pacific Gem, Citra and Chinook hops for a pronounced bitter character. The nose opens with bright citrus zest and tropical mango, layered with pine resin notes. On the palate, crisp malt backbone meets bold hop bitterness, with citrus and exotic fruit flavours weaving through. The finish is dry and assertively hoppy, leaving a clean, lingering bitter edge that rewards the craft.
