Fietsie is an India Pale Ale from Dorpsbrouwerij Uzzewuzze, a small brewery in Roelofarendsveen that has been crafting characterful beers since 2019. The name draws from local tradition—in this close-knit polder village, nicknames are part of everyday life. Expect fruity and tropical aromas with notes of citrus, apricot and grapefruit. The palate is refreshingly hoppy with a dry finish and pleasant bitterness.
