Brewcified from Den Brabantsche Brouwers is a playful Amber Ale brewed in De Rips, North Brabant. The brewery, founded by Evert Gijtenbeek and Peter Jans, crafts unconventional beers with character. This ale is a spirited tribute to Bruce Springsteen and his E Street Band – a cheeky nod to the music icon. At 5.2% ABV and 26 IBU, Brewcified strikes a balanced profile. The aroma is fruity and malty, while the palate is round and generous with pleasant bitterness. Bread-like notes add depth and complexity, complemented by the beer's hazy amber colour.
